Tony Ferguson, 36-year-old American fighter, with a 25-3 record.

Sum 12 wins by KO / TKO, 8 submissions and 5 decisions. Ferguson is my favorite fighter and someone spectacular to watch.

He arrives here after 12 straight wins and was supposed to fight against Khabib for the title but Corona Virus’s vacancy left Khabib stuck in Russia and UFC owner Dana White put Tony against Gaethje for the interim lightweight title.

It is sad because this fight has already been postponed 5 times and Tony really deserved this fight and although he thought he was going to lose, it was a fight that everyone wanted to see. Ferguson is a fighter
physical, with great cardio and that attacks a lot and that leaves his opponents in very badly treated states.

Justin Gaethje, a 31-year-old American fighter with a 21-2 record. He added 18 wins by KO / TKO, 1 by submission and 2 by decision.

Gaethje is a super aggressive fighter with a lot of strength in his hands and who gets into combat well, proof of that is his 3 victories in the 1st round.

He arrives here in “short notice” 12 days before the fight and has already “tweeted” saying that he was scared but that he loved it.

His combat style is to “beat” and the key here is to explain that he is someone who prepares a lot for fights and this is not going to happen.

After 2 straight losses, he has shown himself to be more patient and more intelligent in his attacks. We’ll see what it brings.

I am very confident that Ferguson wins, even though the odds are not the best. Ferguson has been in training for about 5 months to fight Khabib but worse is Gaethje who has just been called, he who already said that he likes to prepare with 2, 3 months before the fight.

I think Justin will not be 100% and unless he solves this in the 1st round he should not have a chance.
